The Red Sleeve is the First MBC Series to Reach Double Digit Rating in 3 Years

 The drama, starring Junho and Lee Se Young has reached the 10% rating mark.



According to Nielsen Korea, the 7th episode, which aired on December 3, reached a 10.7% highest rating and an average of 10.7% within cities.

This is the first time than an MBC series reached double digit in approximately 3 years. The last time this happened was with the So Ji Sub drama My Secret Terrius in 2018.

The Red Sleeve is a fictional retelling of the romance between King Jeongjo (played by 2PM Junho) of Joseon and his royal concubine Uibin Sung (played by Lee Se Young).

Meanwhile, The eighth episode, aired on December 4 is still in the double digit, a nationwide average of 10.5%.
