SM Entertainment to Take Legal Action Against Spread of Malicious Rumor Against EXO Chanyeol

The YouTuber has finally spoken and confirmed that the idol she was talking about was Chanyeol. She apologized for the misunderstanding. She stated,
It seems that many people experienced chaos and confusion through these recent events, and so I am writing this post in the hopes of delivering my apology and of clarifying some misunderstandings.'J' continued, "First and foremost, I never mentioned any specific individual's name publicly or otherwise regarding the recent incident. I do not intend to do so in the future either. The YouTube video was created with only my personal thoughts and experiences captured, without intending to reveal who the other individual might be. However, based on speculative comments posted beneath this video and from my comments on a recent broadcast, the issue became inflated into rumors made to sound like the truth through eye-catching headlines, and I find this unfortunate.
I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to the individual who suffered damages from this recent event. In order to avoid any further harm caused by baseless rumors and speculations, I will delete the related video and all related content. Once again, I apologize to all who may have suffered discomfort due to these recent events."
Recently, news about EXO Chanyeol being rude to a female influencer spread online. SM Entertainment denies this rumor and will take legal action against those spreading the rumor.
On April 26, Channel S' Real Granny, a female biker and YouTuber said she was threatened by a famous idol while driving when she appeared on Cinematic.
One time, I was driving a small scooter on the way to work, and a foreign car was intentionally driving in a threatening manner. I sensed danger, so I avoided the car, but the driver suddenly made a rude gesture with his finger.I chased after the driver, and I approached the foreign car that was on standby at a traffic light to knock on the window and ask, ‘Why did you curse at me?’ When I did that, the driver pushed down his hood and only continued to curse at me with his finger. However, I realized he was a very famous idol.

Afterwards, with all the clues presented by Cinematic, rumors that Chanyeol was the famous idol mentioned surfaced online. SM Entertainment issued a statement and said,
The figure within the relevant video is not Chanyeol.” They continued, “The vehicle is completely different from the car owned by Chanyeol. We will take strong legal action against the spread of false information.
Chanyeol is currently enlisted and is expected to be discharged on September 2022.
