What Needs to Be Answered on the Final Episode of Twinkling Watermelon

 It was a rollercoaster ride of good story telling, but Twinkling Watermelon is about to end tonight. We still have questions that need to be answered.


SPOILERS AHEAD:

What's the future like for our main characters?

I think this is the main question for now. With the time slip, what will the future be like for Eun Gyeol (Ryeoun) and Eun Yu (Seol In Ah), who time travelled to 1995, and with Yi Chan (Choi Hyun Wook), Chung Ah (Shin Eun Soo), and Se Kyung (Seol In Ah).

First, we thought the accident has been prevented, but again, it was not. And the irony is, it was Eungyeol who caused it this time. With Master telling them it's time to leave, how will that affect their decision? If they don't go back, their 2023 selves will disappear. If they do, then that part of the past (which Eungyeol) was trying so hard to change) did not change at all.

Chung Ah has escaped from her stepmother and her father has finally learned the truth. With the changes that happened, how will this affect her relationship with Yichan? With the accident happening, will there be any more changes in their relationship at all?

Also, we know Segyeong was adopted. But what have we learned from her backstories at all? The mystery of her relationship with her biological father has yet to be revealed.

Will Eungyeol and Eunyu's relationship continue on even if they go back?

The two have confirmed their feelings for each other. And have realized that they are both from the future. They have also learned that they have met before, even before the time slip happened. The question now is, will their relationship continue on in 2023?

Take note that in 2023, Eungyeol's older brother, Eunho exists. And we know that he has a special relationship with Eunyu as well.

The butterfly effect, how big a change will it cause?

With the time travel of both Eungyeol and Eunyu, many things have already changed. Master mentioned that the moment he arrived in 1995, events have already started changing. This even caused him to dream that Segyeong became his mother at one point. 

The timeline of his parents' meeting, Eunyu meeting her grandfather, him being a part of the band, finishing a song that originally done by his father, and so much more. These changes have surely caused a ripple of change in the timeline to 2023. How far and how big will these changes cause in the present time?
 

The biggest question of all would be: will the unprevented accident cause Yichan's hearing to be impaired or will this part of history, change as well.

I cannot wait for finale's episode. Only to find out what will happen. But it will be sad saying goodbye to our watermelon babies.
