Alice In Borderland Season 2 Is In The Works!

 Alice in Borderland news renewal actually came very swiftly just 2 weeks after it was dropped. And it was announced on Netflix social media accounts all over the world.



The series is a big success, with 18M households checking in on the first 28 days of the series on Netflix. FlixPatrol even showed that it performed well in countries like Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Japan and HongKong.


Fans have speculated a 2021 release date for the 2nd season. But with Covid 19, that would have been improbable. 

But, filming did begin in the middle of July when a casting call for extras was put up by a production company website.  According to the site, filming won't wrap for season 2 until late December of this year.

It was further mentioned that they were shooting in the following states: 

Kanto area, Toyama, Hyogo, Fukuoka, Aichi, Osaka, Wakayama, etc.

So maybe first half of next year?
