Kim Tae Ri Receives Mixed Reviews for Her Role in Twenty Five Twenty One

 Award-winning actress Kim Tae Ri is one talented actress; from The Handmaiden to her latest movie, Space Sweepers.

But on the social media forum The Qoo, the actress is receiving mixed opinions from netizens. Her portrayal of the character Na Hee Do is said to be overhyped and ridiculous and she talks like a cartoon character. Some viewers feel that this is unnatural.
Some of the comments include:
  • Kim Tae Ri’s acting somehow reminds me of Lee Sung Kyung’s role in “Cheese In The Trap”. Yes, it’s that bad.
  • Her acting is too exaggerated, I can’t bring myself to watch it.
  • I love Kim Tae Ri but honestly, I really don’t like her character in this drama.
  • Her voice when she yells really bothers me. Besides that, I like everything about this drama.
However, there are those who don't agree. Some of those against this opinion are saying:
  • Kim Tae Ri’s acting was criticized???? What a joke!
  • The image of Na Hee Do is an 18-year-old schoolgirl who is always full of enthusiasm, very vivacious and energetic. Kim Tae Ri’s acting is so good, natural and not at all stiff as they said.
  • She even looks like a middle school student, which is really cute.
  • What is it? It’s ok to criticize Na Hee Do as an adult, but Kim Tae Ri played Na Hee Do in her school days so well. Her acting is getting better and more natural than I thought.
  • Kim Tae Ri is good at acting, Nam Joo Hyuk is bad.
Na Hee Do's personality is very jolly and very passionate in what she does, so, obviously, she has to change into that character. Also, her role as an 18-year old high school student being played by a 31-year old woman is very convincing.
Different people may have differing opinions, but her portrayal of fencer Na Hee Do has made viewers root for her and also for Nam Joo Hyuk's character, Baek Yi Jin. 

Personally, I think she's just immersed in her role, and you can see how she changes for every role she takes. This just proves how great an actress she is.

    i love her acting skills as na heedo my first time watch kim tae ri 2521 gives me interest the way she talk,moving everything as a teen ager 18 years old, remind me my youthfull also and shes really natural and her personality in the series..i enjoy to watch her every episode and yijin is suit for his character to heedo. perfect casting i hope the series well give us a good ending not so sad either coz the plot is good.
