Alchemy of Souls Issues Statements Regarding Earlier Reports on Changing Female Leads

In response to reports that the female lead for part 2 will be changed, a source gave additional comments on the filming of Alchemy of Souls Part 2.


Earlier, it was reported that the 10-episode continuation of Alchemy of Souls have started filming and Jung So Min will no longer be the female lead, but instead will be replaced by Go Youn Jung, who plays Naksu in the current drama. 


According to the source,
It is difficult to confirm the details related to Part 2 because it can be a spoiler for Part 1 that is currently being aired.

Jung So Min's agency, Blossom Entertainment and Go Youn Jung's agency, MMA  issued a similar statement,

 We ask for your understanding that we aren’t able to tell you whether she’ll be in Part 2 or not because it could be a spoiler for Part 1.
