YG Requests Police Investigation on the Person Who Leaked Jennie's Photos

YG Entertainment announced that it has requested the police to investigate the person who first leaked photos of Blackpink's Jennie.


YG stated,
We have been continuously monitoring the contents and submitted a complaint in September after collecting information. We have filed a complaint and accusation for defamation, violation of the ban on illegal information distribution, and obscenity using communication media,.

Recently, various photos of Jennie and BTS V have been circulating online, flaming speculations that the two are dating. However, both YG and Big Hit Music have not made a statement regarding the issue.

 In order to minimize further damage, we have refrained from commenting and expressing our position. We feel that we will take legal action and try to rectify the situation.  

We plan to take all legal measures without any leniency for any additional damage that may occur in the future.  

The photos circulated online are illegally disclosed regardless of the person’s will. Sharing this is a secondary offense and may be subject to legal punishment, so please refrain from indiscriminate sharing.

It tells the story of Yeon Si Eun fighting against bullying using his smarts and wits, despite being seen as physically weak. Park Ji Hoon plays the lead role, Si Eun. After many viewers have seen the drama, many gave their comments on Ji Hoon's portrayal. I just watched the series and I was bawling my eyes out from episode 7. I'm surprised that he is a really good actor. His performance was superb. I couldn't stop streaming the whole thing once I saw the first episode.
