Island Part 2, Release Date, Cast and Fan Reactions
The first part of TVING's Island ended on January 13, and what an ending it was.
The drama was released on December 30 after much anticipation as it stars Cha Eun Woo who portrays a priest. And boy, he did not disappoint! Along with him are Kim Nam Gil as Van and Lee Da Hee as Miho. With quite a chemistry between the two, fans are rooting for them to have a satisfying ending.
Release date
The second part will be released on February 24 on TVING and like it's first season will consist of 6 episodes.
Cast
Of course, Kim Nam Gil, Lee Da Hee and Cha Eun Woo will return. And it is expected that Sung Joon, who plays Van's brother Gungtang, will have more onscreen time. As it was shown how he is bringing up a whole army of demons with even the innocent looking Yeomji is a part of.
Fan reactions
Fans are commenting on what they're expecting on the next part of the drama. As Yohan's brother died ( played by Choi Tae Joon), viewers are expecting a darker side of the priest this time around.
guess we will see a different Yohan in next season. From being a bubbly carefree personality to someone who went through so much pain and loss, his character growth will be something to look forward to in season 2 of Island
