 This actor plays Rim Jae Seok, a North Korean black agent, in the drama Moving.


You might remember him as the "clap man", a threat to the South Koreans. You would not believe the transformation he did, you would not even recognize him! His name is Kim Joong Hee.

Fans were surprised when they saw his goodbye message to Moving fans as he puts up a note that says,

Thank you for loving Moving. Thanks to you, I too have a “happy ending”☺
