Queen Woo's Song Jae Rim Passed Away

 Actor Song Jae Rim has passed away. He was 39.


According to OSEN, he was found dead on the afternoon of November 12, 2024.

According to Asia Economy on Nivember 12,  Song Jae-rim was found dead in an apartment in Seongdong-gu. Police reported that they found a two-page suicide note at the scene that day.

Song Jae-rim's former agency said, "We didn't know about his whereabouts after his contract expired last year."

The cause of death has not yet been announced.

The funeral will be held at a funeral home in Yeouido on November 14 at 12 PM KST. The burial site has not yet been determined.

Song Jae Rim debuted as a model in 2009 and appeared in the dramas Moon Embracing the Sun, Clean with Passion for Now, Cafe Minandang and most recently, Queen Woo.

 Queen of Tears had a very good start. A promising rating and a very interesting premise. When The Phone Rings Production Team Apologizes for Controversial Scene

 The production team of ''When the Phone Rings' has apologized for a sign language scene from the first episode. In the first episode, aired on November 22, sign language interpreter Hong Hee Joo (played by Chae Soo Bin) is interpreting for a news program. Because of a transmission error during the live broadcast, the program suddenly freezes on Hong Hee Joo signing the word for “mountain,” but was mistakenly interpreted as an obscene hand gesture.
