Report Suggests "The Judge from Hell" Production Team Planning a Follow Up Story Hinting at a Second Season

 The Judge from Hell has just finished its final episode and viewers are clamoring for more.

The drama has attracted attention due to the complex characters that cross the boundary between good and evil and raises questions about human nature. The ending even hints at the possibility of a second season. 

While Park Shin Hye has completely transformed into a demon judge from hell, who little by little changes due to the emotions she feels for a human, Han Da On (played by Kim Jae Young). In the final episode, she contemplated on taking a new path as a human, as long as she completes another mission from Lucifer. 

How she skillfully managed the complexity of the character and beautifully portrayed Kang Bitna's human growth was widely praised by the viewers.

Meanwhile, her ex-fiance, Jeong Tae Gyu (played by Lee Kyu Han) is that human completely driven by his own desires. Even resorting to evil ways to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming rich. He is an effective villain, and viewers can't help but hate his character, but still awaits on what he would soon become. 

In the finale, Kang Bitna was asked to go back, and she got the chance to look into the lives of the people she has helped, and those that she has sent to hell. Which made her think about her responsibility in putting these evil people in their place while thinking about justice and also the line between being good and being evil. 

But viewers did not get their answer. What will she choose? Will she choose to go back as Bael's heir? Or will she choose to stay as human with her love, Daon.

Until the end, the tension between Jeong Tae Gyu and Kang Bitna was maintained. And their complex story, may be explored more in the rumored possible second season. With Taegyu already in hell, and Bitna still on earth.
