Kim Sae Ron's Family Says They Were Not Aware of Her Marriage

 Kim Sae Ron's family claims that they were not aware that she was married and that she had to get an abortion.

On March 20, a video was released by Garo Sero where Kim Se Ui answered back to the recordings shared by Lee Jin Ho. In the said recordings, it was revealed that the actress was already married and had to get an abortion.

First, he responded to Gold Medalist filing a criminal suit against Garo Sero and Kim Sae Ron's family. He says there's no reason to file a case for sexual harrassment if the photo was not real. Therefore, it's like indirectly admitting that the photo was not fake.

Then, he talked about a press conference that her mother was planning to hold. But she was physically unable to gather up the energy to do so. He says,

"Kim Sae Ron’s mother was crying uncontrollably yesterday. One staff member gave her a hug and said she was so thin, like she was just skin and bones. Her mother handed us a handwritten letter titled ‘To Sae Ron, In Heaven,’ while crying. Actually, we planned to hold a press conference today, but her mother said she physically could not move. We saw how difficult it was for her to even stand up. It’s heartbreaking."

Lastly, he addressed the issue of Kim Sae Ron's marriage and abortion.

"Her family members told us they never heard of Sae Ron getting married. And the abortion? They said they couldn’t understand why Sae Ron would have said such a thing to her manager. Also, there was a claim that no one paid for the hospital bills so her manager had to pay the ₩20.0 million KRW (about $13,700 USD). Her family was in tears, demanding proof of the claim. They couldn’t accept the claims."

This was all in reponse to the video posted by YouTuber Lee Jin Ho, claiming that Kim Sae Ron was already married by the time she took her own life.

Remember on January 2025 when the actress posted (and immediately deleted) a series of photos with the caption, "Marry". Her representatives then shared that they were simply photos posted with a friend.

There were also voice recordings between Kim Saeron and a former staff member regarding the photos, with claims that it was uploaded by her boyfriend after a fight. She also confirmed that they already married overseas.

In the recording, she also admitted to having an abortion and was forced into the marriage.
