Itaewon Class Japanese Version

 The Japanese remake of Park Seo Joon's hit drama, Itaewon Class is set to air in July. 


The Japanese version, titled Roponggi Class, is a Korea-Japan joint project by SLL (formerly JTBC Studios) which also produced the Korean version of the drama.
Japanese actor Takeuchi Ryoma will play the role of Park Sae Ro Yi, which was originally done by Korean actor Park Seo Joon. 

A still cut from the production was recently posted, and it shows Takeuchi Ryoma standing in the middle of  what seems to be Roponggi Street in Tokyo. And he was sporting that famous Park Sae Ro yi bowl cut Park Seo Joon has made famous in the original Korean version

.Itaewon Class was a success when it aired in 2020, reaching a viewership rating of 18.3% in Seoul and 16.548% nationwide.

On January 15, Dispatch revealed that the actress received money from her ex-boyfriend, Kang Jong Hyun, during their relationship.
