Lee Seunggi Gives Notice to Terminate His Contract with Hook Entertainment

According to exclusive reports on December 1, Lee Seunggi has forwarded a notice to his agency, Hook Entertainment, signifying his intention to terminate his contract.


Earlier, Lee Seunggi asked Hook Entertainment to see a transparent record of his earnings. Hook has partially admitted to not paying Lee some of his earnings from his music distribution. With this, the actor's lawyers obtained evidence to sue the agency for violation of management duties. Now, the artist is asking to terminate his contract.



According to an insider,
Hook Entertainment is expected to disclose the full truth in this issue by revealing records of Lee Seung Gi's  unpaid earnings.

Also, the agency's CEO apologized and said she will take full responsibility for Lee Seunggi's unpaid earnings.

 Queen of Tears had a very good start. A promising rating and a very interesting premise.  The production team of ''When the Phone Rings' has apologized for a sign language scene from the first episode. In the first episode, aired on November 22, sign language interpreter Hong Hee Joo (played by Chae Soo Bin) is interpreting for a news program. Because of a transmission error during the live broadcast, the program suddenly freezes on Hong Hee Joo signing the word for “mountain,” but was mistakenly interpreted as an obscene hand gesture.
