The Glory Reviewed by US Magazine Forbes, Moves Up Ranking on Netflix Global Top 10

Leading American magazine, Forbes, have praised Song Hye Kyo's acting in the revenge drama, The Glory.


In the review published on January 1 entitled "A Scarred Song Hye-Kyo Exacts K-Drama Revenge In ‘The Glory’
In her nuanced portrayal of Dong-eun, Song delivers a fractured fixated character, so hell-bent on destroying her tormenters that she derives little happiness from her own existence. Even if she achieves the justice she longs for, it will not erase the scars she acquired.

The review also praised Jung Ji So, who played the young Dong Eun which says that "she gives a heartbreaking performance as a teen Dong-eun.


The Glory enters Netflix global top 10 1 day after release

Forbes added that it was not easy to watch the first episode of the drama. But it clearly shows how bullying and school violence leaves irreparable wounds, physically and psychologically.

With the very good review, The Glory has moved up from number 9 in the global Netflix charts on the first day of release, to number 5 on its second day. And now, its the 6th most watched Netflix TV series worldwide.
