King The Land Production Team Apologizes for Their Depiction of an Arab Prince

 The production team of JTBC's King The Land apologizes for their depiction of an Arab Prince.


JTBC issued a statement on their homepage, both in English and Korean, regarding their representation of an Arab Prince.
Included in their Korean statement is a promise to edit out the offensive parts and they will work on making sure there are no more inconveniences in the future. 

 In episodes 7 and 8 of the drama, The Arab Prince was introduced as Gu Won's friend but his character was deemed disrespectful.
