Hyun Bin and Son Yejin, Their Love Story

 Fans all over were surprised and ecstatic at the sudden news of Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's engagement. We know they fell in love in their hit drama, Crash Landing On You, but where did it all start?


The two first worked together in the 2018 movie, The Negotiation. 
Fans said their chemistry in the movie has been undisputable. And rumors of them dating have spread after the movie came out. 

At the time, both their agencies denied the rumors even if they were spotted together multiple times. They were even seen dining together with her parents in Los Angeles and again, their agencies denied the rumors. VAST Entertainment stated that Hyun Bin was overseas for personal business and is not with Son Ye Jin. Meanwhile, MSTeam Entertainment said that she is on vacation alone and her parents are in South Korea. 

And then they were spotted grocery shopping together, and rumors once again circulated.
Even after all these rumors, the two decided to reunite and do Crash Landing on You. Again, their undeniable chemistry was so evident both on screen and off. 
After the drama ended, fans hoped they would get together for real this time. And they did. On January 2021, Dispatch revealed that the two have been dating for 8 months. Dispatch showed photos of them visiting a golf center, and they also played golf together in Gangwon Province.
Because of their busy schedule; as Hyun Bin was leaving for Jordan in July to film The Point Men and Son Ye Jin was busy preparing for her Hollywood debut in the movie The Cross, they had little time to meet up.

Son Ye Jin posted on her Instagram the confirmation of the dating news. 

In addition, both of their agencies confirmed the news as well. 

And now, they are getting married. Two years of dating rumors and finally, the wedding we have all been waiting for will happen in March.

Hyun Bin first announced through his agency VAST Entertainment.

Included in the post are Yoon Seri and Ri Jeong Hyeuk holding hands as seen on the drama Crash Landing On You. He even mentioned their names in the caption.

After which, Son Ye Jin confirmed it too. She posted a miniature wedding gown on her SNS informing fans of her marriage.
